Rachel Greenberg

I represent individuals and businesses in a range of commercial and bankruptcy litigation matters, including business tort claims, complex commercial disputes, residential and commercial real estate disputes, adversary bankruptcy proceedings, and cross-border disputes.

Before joining THCA, my practice focused on representing insurance companies and their insureds in general civil litigation matters, including general tort claims and commercial liability and construction matters. While in law school, I served as a staff editor of the Boston University International Law Journal and as a class representative on the Student Government Association.
