Raad Alsowayigh
Associate Attorney

Before joining THCA, I worked in civil litigation, where I drafted pleadings and dispositive motions, conducted written and oral discovery, prepared and defended depositions, coordinated with experts, appeared in court hearings, and negotiated with opposing counsel. I also previously served as a Staff Attorney at UMass Boston’s Pension Action Center (PAC), helping low-income workers and retirees across New England understand their rights under pension law and navigate the complexities of federal regulations and corporate pension policies.
During law school, I gained clinical experience at Boston College’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic (EIC), advising startup clients and small businesses on entity formation, corporate governance, employment contracts, and commercial agreements.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University – University Park, graduating with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business and the Liberal Arts. I earned my Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in May 2023, and I am a licensed attorney in both Massachusetts and New York.
