Parker Simmons

I joined Thomas H. Curran Associates, LLC in January 2026 as an Associate Attorney after being sworn into the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in November of 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, I devoted my time between law school and working as a Corporate Legal Intern at an intellectual property software and services company. In my position, I played an integral part in a company-wide due diligence project
reviewing and amending corporate contracts, governance matters, and compliance efforts in preparation for the company’s sale to a new private equity firm.

Before attending law school, I worked at a boutique employment litigation firm in San Francisco, California, where I assisted attorneys in representing employers navigate complex legal disputes and regulatory issues.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Rhode Island, graduating magna cum laude, and received my Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.
