Ashley Malone

I am currently serving as a first-year associate attorney at Thomas H. Curran Associates, LLC.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Public Relations and Political Science. Most recently, I earned my Juris Doctor from the SMU Dedman School of Law in May 2024, with a concentration in Business Law.

I have been admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and have also successfully passed the Maine Bar Exam, for which I am currently awaiting admission.

During my legal education, I gained valuable experience working in-house for Elo Touch Solutions as part of the Corporate Counsel Extern Program, and I served as a member of the Federal Income Tax Clinic. Additionally, I held the position of Case Note & Comment Editor for the International Law Review Association.

Furthermore, I completed legal internships at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue in the Rulings & Regulations division, as well as at TA Group Holdings.
