The loan proceeds were advanced to fund a renovation of the property, including façade reconstruction, surface paving and other upgrades. Thomas H. In a related contemporaneous transaction for the same client, over the course of several months Thomas H. Curran Associates negotiated a long term lease with a national retail tenant and its in-house legal team that included substantial tenant build out financed under the second mortgage loan transaction.
